You are not in trouble. You are just busy.
That is the version most couples do not have language for. Nothing is wrong exactly. You love each other, you are getting through it, the logistics are handled. But you have not been in the same room properly in a while. You have been around each other, which is not the same thing, and you both know it.
So this is not a workshop you attend when something breaks. It is a room you belong to. An hour on the calendar, held by other couples, where the only thing happening is the two of you breathing in the same rhythm.
Some couples come weekly. Some come once a month. It works the way any practice works. Not because one session changes everything, but because coming back does. Being in it with other people is what makes the coming back happen.
For couples who are struggling, and couples who are fine
You do not wait until you are injured to move your body. This is the same.
Plenty of couples arrive with something specific. A long stretch of distance, a conversation that keeps going nowhere, sex that has become logistics or stopped. The work meets that.
Just as many arrive fine. Genuinely good, and curious what else is available. That is not a lesser reason to be here. Most of the couples who go furthest started from good.
Try it now, before you book anything
Follow the circle for one minute with your partner. That pace is where every session begins. Everything else is just more of this, held longer, with someone guiding you.

Two ways to be in the room
Live, together, on a schedule
Small group, cameras on to open and close, my voice guiding the whole way. Being on a schedule is the point. It is what makes it happen.
NEXT_DATES: three minimum, with timezone. Required before Event schema can go on /sessions/
What a live session is like
Nothing here is a surprise on the day. This is the whole shape of it.
You arrive as you are
Tired, tense, mid argument, or perfectly fine. All of it works. A few minutes of talking, then we stop talking.
You lie down, side by side
Some point of contact. A hand, a foot against a foot. Lights down. The breath is simpler than you expect and harder to keep going than you expect.
Something moves
Tingling. Temperature. Sometimes emotion arrives with no story attached and people cry without knowing why. It is normal, it is safe, and you will know about all of it beforehand.
You come back slowly
Time to lie there before anyone speaks. Most of what couples notice happens afterward. That evening, the next morning. Something is easier. Nobody worked on it.
On your own time
The full library, ready when you are. For the weeks the live time does not work, and for the practice between sessions.
What is in the library
Confirm which of these are actually recorded. Do not publish a library that does not exist.
- Twelve minutes. The short one. For a Tuesday when you have almost nothing left.
- The full journey. The same shape as a live session.
- For after an argument. Shorter, slower, for when neither of you can look at each other yet.
- For a good week. Longer, more open, for when you are fine and want to go further.
Soulsation™
A breath and sound method I created, guiding two people through each energy center at the same time. Over 700 people, four countries.
How Soulsation works“Tingling was felt throughout my whole body and I felt so connected to my partner. Even after, our level of communication got so much better.”
Lisa & Mark
Most people arrive sceptical. That is a perfectly good place to start. You do not have to believe anything for your nervous system to respond.
The things couples ask first
We have never done anything like this.
Most couples in the room have not. Doing your first one together is a good way to do it.
Do we have to talk about our relationship in front of people?
No. One question at the start, nothing required after that. Plenty of couples never say a word out loud and still leave with something.
One of us is much more into this than the other.
Normal, and it does not interfere. Scepticism is fine. Being dragged is different. You both need to have chosen it, even reluctantly.
Is this sexual?
No. Everyone stays clothed, nothing sexual happens, and I do not touch participants. The work does tend to change people’s erotic lives, but that happens later, privately, between the two of you.
Twelve minutes, tonight
A free guided breath practice for two, recorded for couples who have never done this before. Lie down on whatever floor you have, press play, follow my voice. It is the whole thing in miniature.
One email to send it, then the session dates each month. Unsubscribe whenever.
